Find a sport, activity or leisure centre in your local area. Always ensure personal safety by requesting all necessary information from activity organisers, preferably attending during daylight hours and being accompanied by a family member or friend were necessary.

Choose an exercise that interests you, organise a time and a place, set some basic goals and set out to achieve and improve on them. Once your programme becomes a routine, you will probably feel gloomy when you miss a session!
